Please read carefully before placing an order via the website.

At Tarmac Sportz Limited we want to be as clear, honest and most of all meet or exceed our customers’ expectations when items are purchased through our website. We are a “Source” for the vast majority of parts on our website, some of the parts listed are rare, some of the parts are made to order but most are available off the shelf from the manufacturers or distributors we have accounts with , where available we have access to suppliers stock inventories so we can advise you if a product is in stock or not.

The majority of parts we source that are advertised on the website come from overseas suppliers, our focus and reputation is built on supplying high end performance parts from the best manufacturers of street and race products across the world. Lead times differ from product to product, for an approximate lead time or if you need a part urgently we recommend contacting us prior to purchasing through the website. Below is a guide to give you an approximate idea.

UK Suppliers - Most “in stock” products will be despatched within 48 hours but please allow up to 7 working days.

USA Suppliers – We usually ship from our US facility at least once every 2 weeks. Depending on when your order is placed “in stock” products can arrive within 7 working days but please allow up to 15 working days.

Japanese Suppliers – For example Cusco can take between 6 and 12 weeks

Non UK Exhausts – Usually ship in around 10-15 working days unless they are made to order systems, this is usually stated in the description and these systems can take many weeks to arrive. Due to size we often choose to drop ship directly through one of our import accounts.

Wheels – Due to the nature of this product and the various sizes and offsets available we will require you to contact us prior to ordering and we can give you up to date information and lead times.JR Wheels and Enkei wheels take on average 7-10 days.

Body Parts – Overseas body parts can have lengthy lead times we advise contacting us prior to ordering. Our focus is more towards lip kits, subtle mods and parts developed by Tarmac Sportz Limited in the UK. Full body kits are not our speciality. KBD Bodykits may be supplied folded to cut costs down.

Back Orders – If you have ordered a part and it is on back order we will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your order and you can choose to wait for the order to arrive or request a refund, some items can be on back order for a long time, we will do our best to give you an estimated ETA, however, back orders can often keep getting delayed, this is due to no fault of Tarmac Sportz Limited.

Please bear in mind if we tell you an item is available and then you order a few days or a week later the status of this item may have changed. Stock levels change within hours or even minutes and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Overseas Orders – You can order from abroad from most European countries, if outside UK please get in touch via email for shipping costs as It will not always give an accurate quote especially on large items. 

Free UK Mainland shipping – Free shipping orders are for certain brands only, If a free shipping product is mixed with a none free shipping product you will be charged the cost of that item only, Free Shipping applies to addresses that are not classed as a “remote area” within the UK. We use DHL, UPS, Royal Mail for domestic shipping of parts, if you live in a remote area (including islands and Northern Ireland) within the UK a surcharge will need to be paid depending on the size of your item before we can ship your order.

Drop Shipping – At our discretion we may choose to drop ship your order either direct from a UK supplier, Direct from a US supplier or direct from our US facility. This is dependent on size and speed. If we arrange to drop ship an item it will be arranged through our import account and all vat and duty fees will be charged to our account, you only pay the price agreed. If for any reason you receive a bill from customs relating to a product purchased through Tarmac Sportz Limited then please contact us and we will resolve immediately as a mistake has occurred – Do not pay the bill.
