The Performance Ceramic Pad material was made to reduce NVH which is short for Noise, Vibration, and Harshness. These pads are very popular with mid-sized cars, and vehicles with aftermarket wheels.

Pad Installation

The Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads are a direct replacement for your stock pads, but replacing them can sometimes get a little technical. That's why we recommend having a Certified Mechanic perform the installation and break-in of your new Performance Ceramic Hawk Pads. This ensures that your new Hawk Pads will perform as expected
