Postage
We offer free UK Mainland Shipping for orders over £199 that can be sent with a standard courier, this does not include oversized parcels such as bumpers, bonnets and large body parts. Free shipping orders will be sent via our most economical shipping method and may not be trackable. Oversized parcels will be sent by budget courier – usually not trackable.
Free shipping applies to addresses that are not classed as a “remote area” within the UK Mainland. If you live in a remote area (including Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland) within the UK, a surcharge of £10 to £50 depending on size will need to be paid before we can ship your order. Please check with us before ordering if you fall into this category.
If outside the UK, please get in touch for a quote on large items such as body parts and exhausts - the website works on weight and not size so shipping will not be accurate for items that fall into this category.

Our “on time” delivery stats are regularly at 99% each month and orders are often dispatched earlier than estimated.
If we envisage a delay or an item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you within 2 business days.
“In stock” items we usually ship out within one to two days, for large items such as body parts it may take us a little longer as these types of product require extra packaging for security in transit.
Returns
No matter the issue, we're always willing to help get it resolved. If you have any questions or issues at all with any of our products, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Should you need to return an item please see the guidance below and read through our returns policy.
14-Day Returns
Provided you complete a product return request within 14 days of receipt of the item, it may be possible to return an unwanted item. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. This means it must be in its original packaging and any sealed items must not have been opened. Once you've completed the product return request, you have 28 calendar days to return it to us. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
If an item is not deemed to be in 'as new' condition, or more than 14 days have elapsed before a return is requested, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a 20% restocking fee.
