One of the most common questions we get asked it what tyre sizes should people run on their Nissan 350z and 370Z's, so we thought we would make a guide.
Lets start with 350z's, for the standard OEM Rays wheels the recommended tyre sizes are as follows:
Fronts - 225/45/R18 - 18x8J Wheel
Rears - 245/45/R18 - 18x8.5J Wheel
You can also drop the profiles on the 18" tyres if you wanted to run a tyre with a thinner sidewall. For this we recommend dropping the profiles on the front and rear from 45 to 40.
If you are looking to upgrade to 19" wheels to fill your arches you are better dropping the profiles of the tyres to get a nice fit without comprimising the quality of the ride, and wont encounter any arch clearence issues. For the perfect fit we have always found 9.5J front wheels and 10.5J rears fit nicely with the correct offsets.
